Q: What do you attribute Auto Express Suzuki's success to?
A: Our entire team has been overwhelmed by the support the Erie area has given us. You cannot drive anywhere in Erie and not see Suzukis everywhere! We have a great group of people here at Auto Express and our customers continue to tell me that this is the best shopping experience they've ever had!" I also want to acknowledge the blessing that the Lord has over our dealership. Q: How do you price your used cars to be so low?
A: We are very picky about the quality of cars we sell and the price we place on a vehicle. When we price a car for the lot, we look at teh NADA Book (that the banks use), the Kelly Blue Book (that the customers use), and we look at different internet sales (Auto Trader, Edmunds, etc.) to check values and prices. We normally price our cars to be the first or second lowest price in a several hundred mile radius. This saves you time and money and provides you with the confidence that you got the best deal.
 
 
Q: Why is 1000 so important on CSI (Customer Satisfaction Ratings)?
A: 99.9% is not good enough. Auto Express Suzuki cares about our JD Powers Customer Satisfaction Ratings (CSI) and our Sales Satisfaction Ratings (SSI). We strive to give "Level 10" service and earn perfect 10s in Every customer interaction (earning a total survey score of 1000). If we ever fail to deliver Level 10 (1000 point) service, please contact myself or a member of our management immediately.
